To empty the recycle bin on a Windows computer, you can follow these steps:
1. Right-click on the Recycle Bin icon on your desktop.
2. Select "Empty Recycle Bin" from the context menu.
3. A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you are sure you want to permanently delete all items in the Recycle Bin. Click "Yes" to confirm.
